The Challenge
Reyes Construction, a premier home builder in Springfield, TN, was closing out their Reyes Estates development and preparing to launch their next major project—Briarwood. They needed high-quality visual content to celebrate one community’s completion and build momentum for the next.
Our Approach
We started at Reyes Estates, flying drones over the nearly complete neighborhood to showcase its layout, home designs, and community feel. We also photographed the final home for sale, highlighting key features for real estate listings. Then, we moved to Briarwood—where development was just beginning—and captured drone footage of the wide-open site, along with photos of the half-built model home to document the start of construction.
We edited the footage into two short recap videos (optimized for social media) and delivered a complete photo package for both communities—providing Reyes Construction with high-impact marketing visuals to use across platforms.
The Outcome
The final home in Reyes Estates sold just days after their recap video was published. Briarwood’s teaser video and photography were used on Reyes Construction’s website and social channels to help launch the new development. Since going live, Briarwood has reached 50% build-out and is already at 40% occupancy—demonstrating how strategic visual content can accelerate awareness, sales, and momentum for new builds.
TL;DR
